Position Overview

Your responsibilities as a Client Success Manager will include developing strong relationships with our key clients, connecting with business executives and stakeholders at client organizations to better understand their needs and how we can best support them, and cross-selling and upselling our service suite to ensure overall satisfaction. You’ll also be a key resource for client inquiries and help uncover new business opportunities among existing customers.

In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams including Client Services and Product Development to improve the overall customer experience and drive long-term value. This position may require occasional travel.

If you are familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) software, have a flair for communication, and understand buyer behavior in compliance-focused environments, we’d like to meet you. Ideal candidates will know how to build strong client relationships while contributing to team-wide revenue and satisfaction goals.

Role and Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors

Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions based on client needs and objectives

Clearly communicate progress on key initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and support sales in meeting revenue goals

Forecast and track key account metrics such as quarterly sales results and engagement KPIs

Prepare account reports and provide insights to internal teams

Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow new opportunities

Support resolution of challenging client requests or escalations when needed

Requirements

3 or more years of proven work experience in Account Management, Client Success, or a related role

3 or more years of client-facing experience in the technology sector with strong customer engagement skills

Proven ability to build rapport and drive results through proactive communication

Self-motivated and proactive in addressing client needs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Solid experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot and Microsoft Office tools

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously

Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
